About the Journal

Journal of Community Development and Innovation (JCDI) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published by the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Kuningan, Indonesia. The journal publishes multidisciplinary articles related to community engagement, community empowerment, applied technology, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable societal development.

The journal aims to disseminate conceptual ideas, practical approaches, and evidence-based community service outcomes that contribute to social, educational, economic, technological, and environmental development. JCDI welcomes interdisciplinary contributions that promote innovation, participatory approaches, and measurable community impact aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The journal particularly focuses on innovation-driven community development through the following thematic areas:

Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by qualified reviewers in relevant fields of expertise. Manuscripts considered outside the journal scope or not meeting publication standards may be rejected during the preliminary editorial evaluation.

JCDI is currently indexed, abstracted, and registered in Dimensions, Google Scholar, Crossref, and ROAD.
